A Walk With Life

What if we learned to walk with life as it unfolds, embracing both its challenges and possibilities, whilst also holding a clear intention that guides us forward

About Penny

I remember being so small I was still crawling, looking up at my father’s knees and wondering, “How did I end up in this body?” I knew I was something different, something more intangible.

As a child I had many mystical experiences, but like so many children, I learned to hide them. I once described something very real I was experiencing and was told it was only my imagination. I knew it wasn’t, but the confusion was too much, and at three or four years old I decided to keep those things to myself.

I really struggled with life in my teens, but something kept me moving forward. I felt a deep pull to go to South America, and in my mid-twenties got an opportunity to live in Venezuela and travel.  I had many powerful experiences there, but one stands out, when I experienced a crack of consciousness and was never quite the same again! (audio story below).

When I returned, I entered a long path of healing and personal growth. My career took me into senior management roles, working on the Peace Process in Northern Ireland/Republic of Ireland, and later into Education. All the while, I was having a lot of out-of-body and mystical experiences that I couldn’t easily explain. I eventually allowed them to shape my life and follow my instincts and here I am sitting in the now with a clear intention and an open heart.
